What the heck does 2017 have in store for us? Only the fates know, but I can tell you I'm sure excited and look forward to all the adventures! Since we moved to Kamloops, I'm farther from my favorite conventions, and the cosplay scene in Kamloops doesn't exist, but it did open a few doors for me. I'm much closer to Washington State and I will be making my first International appearance at Emerald City Comic Con in March! Riley and I are planning for PAX West as well, plus I'm dreaming of some Eastern Canada cons as well so I can travel more and finally meet some internet friends!! Okay, on to the important stuff - cosplans! I don't have too much planned right out the gate, but at quick glance of my Cosplanner App, I have a few good ones that stand out. Of course, there's my secret cosplay that only my Patrons know. That one will be revealed publicly around February. I want to do Raven from Teen Titans - I know, so easy, but I love her so much I just have to. I will be re-making Nidalee. I loved being her, people loved seeing me as her, so it will be a fun one to touch up. I will also be doing a fan art version of Mei from Overwatch, and a Steampunk original design of Harley Quinn! Yea yea, she's over done. Look at me not care, woo! My goal is to make 10 total cosplays this year. Of course, my patreon friends will get an up front, personal look at my progress for each cosplay, plus mini tutorials as applicable. In case you were curious what I offered on my Patreon, some skills I plan on "Leveling Up" this year include working with LED lights and audio connections, and working with thermoplastics! Patreon is my way to keep me in line, to keep on track producing cosplays, content, and tutorials. Because of Patreon and everyone who pledges, I can offer in depth tutorials, courses, and lessons for you to learn from. Of course I will still be sharing valuable information on my blog and social media, don't worry! The content will be healthy for everyone! I want to travel more! There's so many sweet conventions I want to attend. You can help me by requesting me as a guest to your local con! I would love to hit up some big US cons, plus head over to the East coast for some brilliant Canada cons!
I would also love to attend more conventions as an attendee so I can really challenge myself and enter some contests. As a journeyman, I really need to step up my game and get to Expert! No huge goals going in to the year, I have more personal goals to work on, but this just gives me more time to set goals in the future! Share your 2017 goals and ambitions with me in the comments below!

My 2017 goals are to do photoshoots for the costumes I made in 2016 but never wore! That, and reach 200 published videos on YouTube!

You have some great goals in mind. I am not a cosplayer, but you seem to be the type of person who chooses to focus on things from an artistic perspective. Continue doing what you love
